4 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. walnuts
4 oz. Bakers chocolate

Mix first 4 ingredients. Melt the chocolate on stove in double boiler. Add to other mixture. Spread in pan and let it cool. Cut into squares.
