FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients and spread into a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes and let cool.

8 oz. or 12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Combine and spread on cooled crust.

Arrange strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit or any desired fresh fruit on top of pizza.

SAUCE:

1 c. fruit juice (from fruit cocktail)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Cook on medium heat until sauce is thick and clear. Pour on fruit and refrigerate.
