ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, skinned and cut up (or use breasts)
Salt and pepper, to taste
All purpose flour
2 tbsp. corn oil or safflower oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add chicken. Cook over medium high until brown.

Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Saute onion in skillet in pan, drippings until tender. Spoon onion over chicken. Spread orange juice concentrate over chicken. Bake for one hour.
