CHEDDAR CHEESE SPREAD 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
1/4 c. light cream or half & half
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

In a small mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Yield: approximately 1 1/2 cups.
