SALT SUBSTITUTE (SPICY) 
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. savory
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. black pepper

Crush or grind all together. Cover tightly. Let stand overnight before using. For table use store in shaker. Be sure herbs are finely ground.
