SALT SUBSTITUTE 
5 tsp. powdered onion
2 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Store in shaker jar. Use on meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, soup and salad as a salt substitute. Makes 1/3 cup.
