Neopolitan ice cream
Ice cold root beer

Scoop off small spoonfuls of ice cream and pile loosely in a drinking glass. Do not pack the ice cream. Slowly pour the root beer in the glass. With a spoon stir the mixture around a little and let stand for a minute before serving.
