SPINACH MOSTACCIOLI 
8 oz. mostaccioli, cooked & drained
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped in 1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. diced carrots
1 (13 oz.) can Contadina tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, cooked, well drained

Saute ground chuck in olive oil with onion and drain. Add all other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole, top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. May also top with grated cheddar or Mozzarella cheese.
