CHOPPED LIVER 
1 lb. chicken livers
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, roughly chopped
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Trim fat from livers and cut each piece in half. Saute livers and onion in oil until pink disappears. Pulse in food processor with all remaining ingredients until desired consistency. I prefer minimum processing. Further mix with spoon. Serve on this toast or crackers. Garnish with raw chopped onion, olives, pickle.
