PEAR SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice

Mix together. Slice 1 or 2 avocados on bottom of 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" pan, put 1 large can sliced pears over that. Pour 1 cup of above mixture over and let stand until set. Then add 1 large package cream cheese to the remaining cup of first mixture and beat until light and then pour over pear mixture which is already set.
