MEAT CHINESE BEAN CAKE WITH PORK 
2 cubes of bean cake
1/4 lb. fresh pork
1 bunch Chinese chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Soy sauce to color
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
Basic gravy: 1 tbsp. cornstarch to 1/4 c. water

Slice each bean cake into 4 to 8 cubes. Slice pork and mix with salt, cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir fry pork until done. Cut chives (green onions) into 1/4 inch or 1 inch pieces. Add bean cakes and chives. Stir fry until bean cake is warm. Add basic gravy with oyster sauce.
