OVEN BAKED SPAGHETTI | |
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck (browned with onions, drain) 1 lb. spaghetti (cooked & drained) 1 lg. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese Mix together: 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce Add meat and onions to sauce mixture. Arrange spaghetti evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle another 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Put large package of Mozzarella on top last 5 minutes or until cheese is evenly melted. |
