CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 c. sugar

Pat around pan bottom and up on sides 1/4 inch in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla and then sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Spread with Cool Whip and then Cherry Pie Filling.
