MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c corn meal mix
1/4 c oil
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c milk

Mix all well, bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
