SALMON CUCUMBER APPETIZER 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned & skin removed, flaked
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
2 cucumbers
Canned pimiento

Blend together salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, dill weed and dash pepper. Slice cucumber 1/4" thick. Spread salmon mixture (about 1 teaspoon) on each slice. Garnish with small piece of pimiento. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 48.
