1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown ground beef and drain. Spoon into 8-inch baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth and pour over casserole.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
