QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1-14 oz jar pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1-8 oz pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C Bisquick
1/2 C milk
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain. Spoon beef into 8-inch square baking dish, and top with sauce and cheese. Combine bisquick mix & eggs beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Note: You can add bell pepper, onion or any of your favorite pizza toppings after the cheese has been added.
