QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
2 eggs
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Spoon beef into an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. (You can add onions, peppers or mushrooms.) Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; heat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
