SALAMI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen white bread 1 (8 oz.) pkg. salami 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic salt Mix eggs, oregano and garlic salt and set aside. Thaw bread for 3 hours, divide in half. Roll out 1 of the bread halves as thin as you can. Spread half of egg mixture on dough, 4 ounces of shredded cheese and 4 ounces salami. Roll up like cinnamon rolls, touching ends as you roll. Place seam side down on greased pan. Prick with fork on top and spread some egg mixture on top. Repeat above for other half of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until dough is golden brown. |
