WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients slowly. When all are blended, increase speed to high and blend until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup cocoa for chocolate or food coloring for color.

This recipe makes enough to frost two 9 inch layers or a 9 x 13 inch cake.
