HOMEMADE SALAMI | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. mustard seed 2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt 3/4 c. water 1 tbsp. liquid smoke Mix all ingredients together. Roll like salami. Put in foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Place on rack in pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Cool. Rewrap in foil and keep refrigerated. |
