HOMEMADE SALAMI | |
5 lbs. ground beef 5 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. coarse salt 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed 2 1/2 tsp. smoked salt 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Divide into 4 or 5 portions and form into rolls about 2" across. Bake on a rack in a pan for 8 hours at 170 degrees. This may be frozen and it keeps well. |
