HOMEMADE SALAMI | |
5 lbs. hamburger 2 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard 5 tsp. Morton Quick Salt 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate 3 days. On the 4th day mix well and shape into small rolls. Place on a broiling pan with a drip rack. Makes 7 to 8 rolls. Bake in center of oven at 200 degrees for 8 hours. Cool. Refrigerate or freeze. |
