DOUBLE-CORN CHEESY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can pimento, drained and diced (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook beef until it loses pink color. Add soups; set aside. Mix flour and remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour half of corn mixture into casserole. Top with all of meat mixture and half of cheese. Add remaining corn mixture. Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
