LINGUINE WITH RED CLAM SAUCE 
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. can seasoned tomato paste
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
2 (12 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
4 sm. cans chopped clams with water

For that Jersey fresh flavor, cook down 6 Jersey tomatoes and add to canned tomatoes. Put olive oil, red pepper and garlic in medium size pot. Brown garlic and pepper. Cool. Add all tomatoes and paste, clams and water. Add salt, parsley and basil. Simmer approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours on low heat. Serve over linguini.
