BBQ SAUERKRAUT 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
5 strips bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1/2 onion, sauted in bacon grease
1 can tomatoes with juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix all together. Place in a small baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick coating. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
