1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/8 lb. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 1/4 minutes. Start counting when mixture has reached a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and add oats, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Spoon onto waxed paper.
