HOT CLAM DIP 
Juice from 2 cans clams
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook above ingredients 15 minutes uncovered then add:

1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. parsley
Dash Tabasco
Dash cayenne or white pepper

Stir until butter melts then add clams and 1/2 cup fine dry seasoned bread crumbs. Spread in shallow dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan, cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with large dip size Fritos.
