MINCED CLAM DIP 
1 clove garlic
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can minced clams, drained (reserve some liquid)
1 tbsp. clam juice
Dash or pepper

Rub mixing bowl with garlic clove.

Blend cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, clams, clam juice and pepper.

Serve with veggies or chips.

(You may want to add 1 more tablespoon of clam juice for whatever "dipping" consistency you wish. I use just one.)
