VERMONT APPLE FOOL 
1 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. Vermont maple syrup
2 c. McIntosh applesauce
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon

Pour the cream into a medium sized bowl. Add the maple syrup and beat until stiff. Fold in the applesauce. Divide into individual serving bowls and dust tops with cinnamon.
