3/4 stick butter 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 pkg. Italian or smoked ham 1 can garden peas 1 can B & B mushrooms 1 pkg. egg noodles Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Italian seasoning and parsley flakes Melt butter, pour in whipping cream, cut up ham in small pieces and also add peas, mushrooms; let simmer for about 10 minutes, adding salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes (a pinch of each), cook noodles; drain, mix sauce serve sprinkle with cheese. |
