EASY EGG SOUP 
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 tsp. butter
1 c. water
1 bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 egg
1 slice of toast
Snipped parsley

In a small saucepan, saute onion in the butter until golden. Add next 6 ingredients; bring to boil and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Poach egg and put in soup bowl. Crumble in some toast and pour soup over top. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 1.
