SPAGHETTI MICHAEL 
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in cubes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 med. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 lg. can tomatoes, slightly drained
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Saute together in small amount of butter over low heat the ham, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Cook the spaghetti just until tender and drain.

In lightly greased casserole, layer the spaghetti, sauteed ham mixture, Cheddar cheese and tomatoes in alternate layers. Sprinkle grated Romano or Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture bubbles. Serves 6.
