MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 sm. can French style green beans, drained
1 sm. can English peas, drained
1/4 c. fine chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water

In small bowl mix sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and water. Pour over vegetables. Will keep several days. Let set overnight before serving.
