CHICKEN GUMBO SOUP 
1 sliced onion, large
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes
1 can okra or 1/2 pkg. frozen
1 can tomato paste
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Pinch basil
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. water, more if needed

Saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. Add 2 cans of chunky chicken. Heat and serve over rice, if desired.
