SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
3 c mashed sweet potatoes or 2 15-oz cans 1 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c butter 2 eggs Crunch: 1 c pecans 1/2 c butter, softened 1 c brown sugar 1/3 c flour Combine potatoes, sugar, vanilla, butter, and eggs in baking dish. Top with crunch mixture. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6. CRUNCH: Combine all crunch ingredients. All time favorite recipe--THE BEST! |
