TOLEDO BEND CASSEROLE 
1 can Grand biscuits
2 (1 lb.) rolls breakfast sausage
1 doz. eggs
cheese, grated

Flatten biscuits and put into a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish, covering the bottom of dish. Brown sausage until almost done. Spread on top of biscuit dough. Scramble egg until just a little bit runny; pour on top of sausage and top with cheese.

Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is brown.
