BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 can crescent rolls (lg.)
6 to 7 eggs (salt and pepper and milk; add to beaten eggs)
1 lb. sausage
2 c. (or more) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cayenne pepper

Layer crescent rolls in large Pyrex dish (pinch together). Brown sausage (crumbled); spread over dough. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
