RACK OF LAMB 
1 rack of lamb ribs
3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. olive oil

Cut lamb chops into pieces. Chop and place in bowl. Mix peeled and mashed garlic cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub onto meat. On top of stove in big nonstick pan, put olive oil and sauté meat on both sides on high. Heat until brown, then place in oven at 425°F for 30 minutes.
