STROGANOFF SUPERB 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot parslied noodles

Brown meat in butter. Add onions, mushrooms, and seasonings. Cook until tender. Add cream cheese, milk, continue cooking, stirring until cheese melts. Serve over noodles. 4 servings.
