FRUIT 'N' NUT FREEZE 
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
1/3 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. chopped Planters dry roasted unsalted cashews

In a saucepan combine water and sugar, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple, orange juice, lemon juice, banana and ginger. Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cool. Freezer until ice crystals begin to form, about 2 hours. Stir thoroughly. Repeat freezing and stirring procedure again, mixing in Planters dry roasted unsalted cashews. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Spoon into individual portions to serve. Yield: 9 servings - 1/2 cup per serving - 150 calories.
