TUTTI FRUIT FREEZE 
2 c. flaked corn cereal, crushed or 1/2 c. prepared corn cereal crumbs
3 tbsp. + 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. diced maraschino cherries

Combine cereal, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; mix well. Press evenly and firmly in bottom of 1 quart ice cube tray. Chill. Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Cook over hot water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Beat cream cheese, milk and salt until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture. Whip cream, gradually add remaining sugar and beat until peaks form. Fold in cheese mixture, bananas and cherries, pour into crumb lined tray. Place in freezer for 1 hour, then in refrigerator until serving time. Cut into bars. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
