CHICKEN PIE 
1 whole chicken, boiled, cooled, deboned
1 med. onion, chopped
2 pieces celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 can green peas, optional
2 c. milk

CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Saute onion and celery in butter just until crisp tender. Tear chicken into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients, except crust ingredients, into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick and milk. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
