CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

20 chocolate Oreos
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
2 c. chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
1 square sweetened chocolate (or chocolate chips), melted

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 9-inch springform pan. In a large bowl, blend crust ingredients. Press into bottom and up sides of prepared pan; refrigerate.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted chocolate chips; beat well. Add whipping cream, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes. Center of cheesecake will be soft. Cool in pan for 5 minutes; carefully remove sides of pan. Cool completely.
