NO PEEK CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, boned
1 box long grain rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
Pam cooking spray
1 can cold water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix together rice and water and cream soups. Pour into prepared baking dish. Place chicken pieces evenly on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle the dry onion soup on the top of the chicken. Cover baking dish lightly with foil. Bake for about 2 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Makes 6 servings.
