BUTTERMILK WALDORF SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. buttermilk
2 apples, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in buttermilk. Chill until partially set. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Chill until firm. Makes approximately 8 servings.
