MIC'S BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) apricot Jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Bring pineapple to boil and dissolve Jello in it. Chill until almost set. Add buttermilk and chill again. Fold in Cool Whip and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until set. Can use orange Jello.
