POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter (or 1/2 butter 1/2 butter)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. crushed potato chips (4-5 oz. or twin bag)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

7 to 8 dozen.

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and stir in flour. Add potato chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. May put fairly close together as they do not spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

NOTE: Delicious and keeps very well. Surprisingly like shortbread.
