PORK BARBECUE SAUCE 
4-5 lb. pork roast
1 lg. onion & garlic salt
1 c. water
1 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce

Cook pork roast, onion, garlic salt and water overnight in crock pot.

Next Day: Debone and break meat into pieces and add Open Pit sauce to meat and drippings, if any back into crock pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Put on hamburger bun and enjoy.
