CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. oil
4 squares bitter chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate and mix with oil and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in confectioners' sugar. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will seem soft when removed from oven.
